The Kenya National Archives contains manuscripts relating to leprosy dating from the late 1800s up until the mid 1970s. There are files documenting the administration of leprosaria, leprosy research, legal regulations, the work of foreign missionaries and charities (including BELRA and the American Mission to Lepers), etc.
