The Danish National Archives hold documents and archives series with relevance for researchers interested in the history of leprosy; for example, for the 19th century, the medical reports (medicinalindberetninger) to the Central Danish Health Administration (Sundhedskollegiet) covering the years 1803-1958. There are also specific series of these reports covering Greenland, Iceland, the Faeroe Islands and the Danish West Indies.
